Tuition Policy
All classes must be paid for in advance. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month and must be paid monthly by credit/debit card draft or ACH. There are NO refunds for missed or dropped classes. Tuition is based on enrollment not attendance.

Late Payments
Any account that is past due 30 days will not be permitted to participate in class the following month until tuition is current, including any late fees and/or penalties. Any student whose account is more than 60 days past due forfeits their place in class and will be required to pay any past due fees. A $20 late fee will be applied on the 10th of each month if tuition & fees are not paid.

Payment Policy
Membership Fees, Tuition Fees, Performance Fees, Photo/Video Fees, Workshop Fees, and Summer Camp Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Plans and deposits for performances are made at the beginning of the season, based on enrollment at that time. Your decision to withdraw your child mid-season will not result in a refund of these funds.

Refunds
NO credits, adjustments or refunds will be given. There are NO refunds for recital fees, missed or dropped classes or classes dismissed due to inclement weather.

Attendance Policy
Attendance is essential and determines the success of a student's progress throughout the season. If your child will be absent for any reason, please notify the studio by email.

Withdraw Policy
Drop requests must be submitted in writing to info@sweetyieldstudio.com and must be received by our office before the 1st of the month. If we do not receive the written request, tuition will continue to be billed.

Inclement Weather Policy
Inclement weather closings will be made known by email and posted on our Sweet Yield Studio Facebook and Instagram accounts. If conditions improve during the day we may open. Classes missed due to weather will not be made up.

It is imperative that you read and understand all Sweet Yield Studio policies and procedures prior to enrollment. Part of enrollment is acceptance of these policies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies before registering for any classes.
