our Studio fees & POLICIES


Registration Fee
A $35 enrollment fee per student is due at the time of registration.

Costume Fee
A $35 costume deposit is due in November. Remaining costume balance of $65 is due in February. Includes class costumes, tan tights, and any needed alterations.

Recital Fee
$50 per student due in March.


Payment Policies
Tuition: All Classes must be paid for in advance. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month and must be paid monthly by credit/debit card draft. There are no refunds for missed or dropped classes. Tuition is based on enrollment not attendance. Registration, costume fees, recital fees and tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any account that is past due 30 days will not be permitted to participate in class the following month until tuition is current, including any late fees and/or penalties. Any student whose account is more than 60 days past due forfeits their place in class and will be required to pay any past due fees.

Late Payments
A $20 late fee will be applied on the 10th of each month if tuition & fees are not paid.

No credits, adjustments or refunds will be given. There are no refunds for missed or dropped classes or for classes dismissed due to inclement weather.

Inclement Weather Policy
Inclement weather closings will be made known by email and posted on our Sweet Yield Studio Facebook and Instagram accounts. If conditions improve during the day we may open. Classes missed due to weather will not be made up.

Attendance Policy
Attendance is essential and determines the success of a dancer's progress throughout the full 9-month year. If your child will be absent for any reason, please notify the studio by email at info@sweetyieldstudio.com.

Withdraw Policy
Drop requests must be submitted in writing and must be received by our office by the 15th of the prior month. If we do not receive the written request, tuition will continue to be billed. The only exception is Summer Sessions as these are one time fees.
